Prompt: Creative a diamante poem based on the following rules:
1. The poem should consist of seven lines.
2. Line one and line seven have 1 word, line two and line six have 2 words, line three and line four have 3 words, and line five has 4 words.
3. The poem should follow this pattern:

Verb, Verb, Verb
Noun, Noun, Noun, Noun
Verb, Verb, Verb

Noun
4. The nouns on the first and last lines can either be synonyms or antonyms.
